Restorative yoga promotes deep relaxation which is an invaluable tool for balancing the body and mind amidst our busy lives.

At this workshop you will learn simple take-home techniques to nurture yourself.

Restorative techniques are beneficial for many conditions, including relieving symptoms of stress, fatigue, insomnia and hypertension and for promoting balance in pregnancy.

The workshop will be facilitated by Trish Lloyd, Hatha yoga instructor and practitioner.
